Isha yoga pose is the best way to improve your eyesight.You need to look up to the place in the center of your eye-brows.Create sure you keep on for a couple of a few moments and then shift your look towards your nasal area.
Watch Exercise :
Suppose a big watch in front of you.Start looking at the number twelve and put your eyes on it round about ten seconds.Progressively shift your look down to six.Try this exercise at least for ten times,quickly.Now from six to twelve for ten times.
Close Your Eyes :
Shut your eyes tightly with full power.Stop on this position for five moments at least.Repeat this exercise for five times.
Rest For Two Minutes :
If you are using computer keep the ayes at rest after every half hour for two minutes.
