Diet Plan 

First Day- Broth and clean fruit. (no bananas)
Second Day- Broth and clean vegetables (no dry legumes, legumes or corn), and then a cooked spud with butter at dinnertime
Third Day- Broth, clean fruit and clean vegetables (no potato!) By today, up to seven pounds could be shed!
Fourth Day- Apples (at least three) and skimmed milk- on this day, the body will need calcium mineral and blood potassium.
Fifth Day- Broth, 10-20 oz. of meat and tomato clean vegetables (one can or six fresh)
Sixth Day- Broth and as much meat and clean vegetables you want
Seventh Day- Broth, brownish grain, clean vegetables, unsweetened clean fruit juice

Preparation

I brought my document of the consuming plan plan with me to the food market. We purchased all the necessary components for the soup, as well our accompaniments: two cantaloupes, some vineyard, some apples, baby legumes, spinach, cherry tomato vegetables, a big cucumber and click legumes. We also purchased a few containers of cranberry-grape fresh fruit juice and a huge container of unsweetened any fresh fruit fruit juice.

As my fiancé and I were preparing the soup, I created the opinion that, "Geez, no wonder you lose so much weight on the diet! I'm burning a million calorie consumption getting it ready!" We had to remove two purses of legumes and cut up a ton of vegetables. As I put everything in the containers (I do not have a stew pot, so I used two huge pots) I couldn't help but think of how healthy it seemed.

I am not a fan of oatmeal, but this soup has a whole collection. I then remembered reading once that requires more calorie consumption to get rid of than to eat. I seemed it up online and according to the City Stars Reference Pages, it sure is true. Celery is a negative-calorie food. The site says that an eight-inch stalk of oatmeal requires six calorie consumption to eat and six to get rid of. But yet, it can still fill you up, which makes it great to eat to fight desires. Recognizing this leads me to see how this soup consuming plan can really perform.

We also sliced the fresh fruit and vegetables that we'd be consuming throughout the 7 days. I decided to use the huge Ziploc purses I had and created purses for each of us for the 7 days. This way, we could take our fresh fruits and vegetables with us to perform.

Aside from being boring in cutting and cutting, the soup was easy to make.

Taste-Test

The pot has been slowly building up for about 30 minutes. Jeeze, legumes take a while to get soft. The soup was fine-I had already added a ton of spice up and sodium to my preference. The vegetables were all soft. The sauces sampled okay-I confess it will take a while to get used to. But, with consuming fresh fruit and vegetables on the side, I am sure I can manage.

Recipe

Ingredients:
2 containers of stewed tomatoes
3 huge natural red red onion (I just purchased a bag)
1 huge can of poultry soup (or meat broth)
1 package of fat-free soup mix (I used Lipton Onion Mushroom)
1 collection celery
2 can natural beans
2-3 natural gong peppers
2 lbs. carrots

(Optional additions: weeds, zucchini, crush, yellow red red onion, sliced garlic cloves, soup flakes or clothes.)

Directions:

Chop vegetables into small pieces and place in pot
Add water to cover
Season with sodium, spice up as desired
Add processed veggies
Bring to fast boil
Reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender
