I tried this pose for many times and its easy to do.First important thing is mat to support the backbone in this pose.Hits the stomach by folding your legs towards the chest.With the nasal area touch your head to legs by putting up your head.Progressively returning to start.

Firstly sit down by lying your legs in front of you.Caught your feet with your hands and remember your head will be in between of your arms.At last touch your forehead to your legs.
